Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Jena Giant Network (“we,” “us,” or “the Network”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with The Walkthrough website at walkthrough.jenagiantnetwork.com and The Walkthrough Guest Texts SMS program.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact information you give us, such as name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Guest appearance details, such as the episode date, topic, and whether you plan to call in.
- SMS program records, including your mobile number, opt-in and opt-out status, message timestamps, and replies such as STOP or HELP.
- Limited website technical data, such as browser type, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider.
We collect mobile numbers only when a person (or a parent or guardian for a guest under 18) agrees to receive The Walkthrough Guest Texts, or otherwise contacts us and asks to be texted about a scheduled appearance.
3. SMS and mobile information
The Walkthrough Guest Texts program sends informational text messages to people who have agreed to appear as call-in guests, or who help coordinate those appearances. Typical messages include air time, the call-in number, day-of reminders, and replies to HELP requests.
Message frequency varies. Most guests receive a small number of messages around a single episode. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may also email [email protected].
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is obtained only for The Walkthrough Guest Texts program and is not transferred to any other business or campaign.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate The Walkthrough website and guest-text program.
- Schedule and support call-in appearances.
- Send the informational texts described above to people who opted in.
- Honor opt-out and help requests.
- Maintain records needed for SMS compliance and show operations.
- Respond to questions sent to our contact email.
We do not use guest mobile numbers for third-party advertising.
5. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the show and the text program:
- Service providers. We use Twilio, Inc. and Amazon Web Services to deliver text messages and host this website. These companies process information on our behalf to provide those services. They are not given mobile opt-in data to use for their own marketing.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the safety of guests, listeners, or the public.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data with affiliates or third parties for their marketing.
6. Children
This website and the SMS program are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information, including mobile numbers, from children under 13. For guests under 18, a parent or guardian should provide the contact number and consent for guest texts.
7. Retention
We keep guest contact and SMS records for as long as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs, and meet legal or carrier-compliance requirements. Opt-out requests are retained so we do not text a number after it has asked to stop.
8. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any guest text to opt out of The Walkthrough Guest Texts.
- Reply HELP or email us for assistance.
- Email us to update or delete contact information we hold, subject to records we must keep for compliance.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS for this site and access-limited cloud hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. The current version will always be posted at https://walkthrough.jenagiantnetwork.com/privacy/.
