These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of walkthrough.jenagiantnetwork.com, participation as a guest on The Walkthrough, and enrollment in The Walkthrough Guest Texts SMS program operated by Jena Giant Network (“we,” “us,” or “the Network”).

1. Acceptance

By using this website, calling into the show, or opting in to guest texts, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the SMS program.

2. The program

The Walkthrough is a weekly talk show podcast from Jena Giant Network, hosted by the Voice of the Jena Giants. This website is an informational page for the show. It is not a store, sponsorship marketplace, or part of the separate school advertising product.

3. Website use

You may view and share this site for personal, non-commercial information about the show. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content. Show names, logos, and related marks belong to Jena Giant Network or their respective owners.

4. Call-in guests

Call-in appearances are by invitation or other arrangement with the show. If you call in or are connected live:

Guests under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission to appear. A parent or guardian should also provide any mobile number used for guest texts.

5. The Walkthrough Guest Texts (SMS terms)

Program name: The Walkthrough Guest Texts.
Sender: Jena Giant Network, for The Walkthrough.
Purpose: informational messages to people who have agreed to appear as call-in guests or to help coordinate a guest appearance. Messages may include the episode date and time, the call-in number, reminders, and replies to help requests.

Message frequency varies by appearance. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt in. You opt in when you agree — by text, email, phone, or other direct confirmation — to receive guest texts from The Walkthrough about a scheduled or invited appearance. We do not add numbers from purchased lists.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to cancel future texts from this program. You may also email [email protected]. After you opt out we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop promotional or reminder texts to that number.

Help. Reply HELP or email [email protected] for assistance.

Consent to receive texts is not required to listen to The Walkthrough and is not a condition of purchasing any good or service. Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

6. No professional advice

Episodes and this website are for entertainment and community information. They are not legal, medical, or professional advice.

7. Disclaimers

The site and the SMS program are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site, a live episode, or any text message will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by Louisiana law, Jena Giant Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site, a guest appearance, or the SMS program.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in the state or federal courts serving LaSalle Parish, Louisiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. The current version will be posted at https://walkthrough.jenagiantnetwork.com/terms/.
